  Renovate Alerts is a service that searches the internet looking for properties which are for sale at a discounted cost because they need extensive modernising or renovation. Every few days, subscribers to their service will receive an email with details of all the properties they've found.

  You can choose which region of the country you're interested in, and you'll only be told about properties in that area.

  There's a monthly charge which will vary depending on which and how many regions you select, but could be as little as £10, and the minimum subscription is for one month - after that you can cancel at any time.
